Application - Yard jockey

The Yard Jockey will be responsible for moving trailers and other equipment around the yard and ensuring they are correctly positioned for loading and unloading. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. 

 Responsibilities:

•  Move trailers and other equipment around the yard using a yard truck. 
• Ensure that trailers are properly positioned for loading and unloading. 
• Maintain a clean and organized yard. 
• Perform daily safety checks on yard truck and report any issues to management. 

 Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a yard truck or similar equipment.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 

 *The Yard Jockey will primarily work outdoors in all weather conditions. The job requires working weekends and holidays as needed.*
